We look for investment, business building and partnership opportunities in the lower middle market.  Our areas of emphasis are: Higher education: Early stage investment opportunities in higher education.  In higher education, we prefer organizations that are past the concept stage and are already successfully delivering a high-quality academic curriculum to students. We have a particular interest in international education and online education. Joint venture or strategic partners in international education for our existing organizations. Online Media, Community, Workflow: Seed stage or early stage investment opportunities in online media, workflow or community projects.  While we consider larger projects, in online media our distinctiveness is our tolerance for extremely early / angel stage businesses or concepts. ($25K to $1M) Highly enterpreneurial managers and sales leaders, with vertical industry expertise, who can manage a property within our large portfolio of online assets.
